How it works
Three steps, and you're booked
It works the same way as calling us, just without the waiting.
Step 1
Tell us about your trip
Fill in your dates, where we pick you up, and where you are going. If every van is already taken on those dates, we tell you right away. Then say whether you want one of our drivers, or you would rather drive it yourself.
Step 2
We confirm and send the price
A real person checks which van is free and calls you with the total. Nothing is charged automatically, and you agree the amount before you pay anything.
Step 3
You get the van on the day
With a driver, they pick you up at the address you gave us, on time. Driving yourself, you collect the van, or we bring it to you for ₱200.00. Either way it is washed and fully checked.

What a van costs a day

Added to every quote
- Carwash, ₱300.00 once per booking, however many days you have the van.
- Delivery, ₱200.00 only if you are driving yourself and want the van brought to you.
Both are paid together with the rental.
Fuel and tolls are yours to pay on the trip itself. They are not part of the day rate.
Driving yourself? There is also a ₱1,000.00 deposit. You pay it together with the ₱1,000.00 reservation fee, so you send ₱2,000.00 in one payment. You get it back when the van comes home in good order. On the day you also leave a government ID with us, and take it back with the van. We do not ask for it online and we keep no copy.
Pay ₱1,000.00 to hold the van. This is required, and it comes off your total rather than being added to it. You pay the rest on the day. So a ₱6,000.00 trip means ₱1,000.00 now and ₱5,000.00 later. It is not refunded if you cancel.

Do I need to pay when I book?
Not while you are filling in the form. The site turns away dates the whole fleet is already booked on, so you know at once if your dates are free. We then confirm the van and call you with the total. Your van is only held once we have received the ₱1,000.00 reservation fee, so that payment is required to secure the booking. It is part of the total, not an extra.
Does the price include a driver?
It depends which you pick, and the rates above show both. With a driver, their fee is inside the price and nothing is added for it. Driving yourself is cheaper, at ₱3,500.00 a day within Davao Region. On the day you leave a government ID with us and take it back with the van.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to five days ahead is ideal, especially on weekends and holidays. We do take same-day bookings when a van is free. Just give us a call.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Yes. Give us a call and we will move them, once we have checked the van is free on the new dates. Do it as early as you can, since somebody else may already have those days.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel any time, just call us. The ₱1,000.00 reservation fee is not refundable, because it is what held the van and kept it off the calendar for everybody else. Nothing else is charged.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Davao City and the surrounding region. Common trips include Samal Island, Eden Nature Park, Tagum, Digos, Mati, and transfers to Davao International Airport. Ask us about anywhere else in Mindanao.
How much do I pay to reserve a van?
A ₱1,000.00 reservation fee holds the van for your dates. It is part of the total, not an extra charge, so if your trip comes to ₱6,000.00 you pay ₱1,000.00 to reserve it and the remaining ₱5,000.00 on the day.
What do I need to drive it myself?
A government ID, handed over on the day you collect the van and returned when you bring it back. We never ask for it online and keep no copy of it. We also hold a ₱1,000.00 deposit, paid at the same time as the reservation fee, and give it back once the van is returned in good order. That deposit is on top of the trip price rather than part of it.
What is added on top of the day rate?
A ₱300.00 carwash on every booking, charged once no matter how many days you have the van, and ₱200.00 if you are driving yourself and want the van brought to you rather than collecting it. With one of our drivers there is nothing to deliver, since the driver arrives in the van. Both are paid together with the rental, and you see the full amount before you commit to anything.
Can I pick the van up the same day someone else brings it back?
Yes, later in the day. The van is checked and cleaned between trips, which takes about 5 hours, so the booking form only offers pick-up times after that. If somebody returns it at two in the afternoon, you could collect it that evening.
Who pays for fuel and tolls?
You do, on the trip itself. Those are not in the day rate, so set a little aside for them. Everything we charge is in the quote we send you, and nothing is added to it after the fact.
How do I pay?
We accept Bank transfer, Cash and Gcash. We'll send you the details once your booking is confirmed.
